This is the story of Asja, a little girl who discovered a cute stray kitten wandering the streets of the Tuzla area in Bosnia Herzegovina. Asja was already living with another kitty named Sophie at the time of the encounter. She is a Pharmacy student and an animal lover.
However, the pussycat’s dread of people was palpable, as she appeared genuinely concerned when people passed by. She ran in terror from them because she was afraid of them, implying that she had been treated with disrespect in the past.
“The kitty was usually meowing loudly as she walked along the street.” “She would run away every time someone tried to come near to her because she didn’t trust anyone,” Asja explained.
Gigi, who would eventually be baptized, was undoubtedly terrified. She was scared of humans, but she also reacted to every noise or abrupt movement, always on the lookout and vigilant.
Asja, who had previously raised kittens, decided to take matters into her own hands. Despite Gigi’s aversion to approaching humans, she had no intention of letting her spend another minute on the street without the comfort of a good shelter.
