Kira Pierson’s life was transformed three years ago when she got Marcus, a lovely cat from Animal Friends Humane Society in Hamilton, Ohio. Since then, they’ve been best buddies.
Kira had never had a pet before meeting Marcus, so she learned what it was like to adore animals and live with one. Kira considers it to be one of the most memorable experiences of her life.
“It has absolutely transformed my life.” “I’d never had a pet until he came along, and I’ve turned into an animal lover,” Kira explained.
Marcus is a lively cat that enjoys having a good time, yet he can be so obstinate that he will only do things that he approves of.
Being outside the house is one of this small feline’s favorite pastimes.
Marcus’ yard is large enough for him to spend as much time outside as he likes, but it’s never enough for him, and he’s always seeking for ways to spend even more time outside.
His mother purchased him a leash in order to gratify him and go on those rare walks with him that he enjoys.
He is really playful when he wants to be. He walks away and lies across the room when he doesn’t want to,” Kira continued.
Kira did something recently that her cat enjoyed. She made the decision to repaint her front door, but she didn’t invite him.
Marcus was irritated by this and did not hesitate to express his displeasure.
“I had been painting outside for approximately 10 minutes before I realized he was staring at me,” Kira explained.
When Kira spotted Marcus’s head in the window with a face that plainly indicated her annoyance, she couldn’t help but giggle.
Marcus locked his gaze on her, expecting that her irritation would compel Kira to open the door and allow him leave, but that plan failed miserably.
Kira explained, “He stood outside the window for almost three minutes before deciding he had better things to do.”
Marcus eventually became tired and walked away from the window, but it doesn’t mean he has abandoned his habit of constantly attempting to achieve what he wants.
Marcus is a sweet cat with a wonderful personality who knows exactly what he wants and how to get it.
