After spending a long time on the streets, a lovely 6-year-old kitten was taken to the Animal Humane Society in Minnesota. He was scarred, had broken teeth, an eye damage, and was infected with the feline immunodeficiency virus.
Despite all that had happened to him, this cat was still kind and affectionate towards people. His rescuers gave him the name Bruce Willis and set out to find him the perfect home he deserved.
Sandra learned about Bruce’s plight through the organization’s website on August 8 and decided to pay him a visit, fully winning his heart at the time.
According to the group,
“Bruce is the kindest, most caring young man I’ve ever met. He will be delighted every day you spend with him, despite all the slaps and affection.
He came home with a broken heart the day Sandra went to visit him in the shelter. She couldn’t have animals where she lived, but she kept up with him through the internet and went to see him on a regular basis.
After Bruce failed to find a home after a month, Sandra decided to persuade her landlord to waive the “no pets” rule, and she was successful.
Bruce purred and stretched his legs as soon as he arrived at his new home.
“All night he didn’t stop purring.” She has been following me wherever I go since that day ».
This lovely feline purrs so loudly that the vet couldn’t detect his heartbeat because of his purrs. He wakes up close to Sandra every day and falls asleep peacefully in her arms every night.
